予約・支払いについて

PCの場合
1.日付選択: チェックイン/アウト日を選択。
2.人数選択: 宿泊人数（大人・子供）を入力。「予約する」ボタンをクリック。
3.オプション: 希望があれば有料オプション数を入力し「次へ」。不要ならそのまま「次へ」。
4.情報入力・決済: お客様情報を入力し「お支払いへ進む」をタップ、クレジットカードで決済。
※「空室状況カレンダー」からはご予約できませんのでご注意ください。
モバイルの場合
1.日付検索: 「日付から検索」をタップし、チェックイン/アウト日を選択。
2.人数選択: 宿泊人数（大人・子供）を入力。「検索」をタップ
3.検索・選択: macchahouse民泊プランの料金を確認し、画像をタップ。「予約する」ボタンを表示。
4.予約確認: 内容を確認し「予約する」をタップ。
5.オプション: 希望があれば有料オプション数を入力し「次へ」。不要ならそのまま「次へ」。
6.情報入力・決済: お客様情報を入力し「お支払いへ進む」をタップ、クレジットカードで決済。
※「空室状況カレンダー」からはご予約できませんのでご注意ください。
For PC Users:
Select your check-in and check-out dates on the Reservation page, then enter the number of guests.
Click the "Book Now" button. If you wish to select any "Paid Options," please do so on the reservation screen.
Please note that reservations cannot be made from the "Availability Calendar."
For Mobile Users:
1. Tap "Search by Dates."
2. Tap "Check-in/Search by Dates" in the upper left corner, tap your desired check-in date, and then tap your check-out date.
3. Display the number of guests (adults and children).
4. Tap the "Search" button.
Check the price of the 3 Bedroom House in the availability, tap the image, and display the "Book Now" button.
5. Confirm the reservation details again and tap the "Book Now" button.
6. If you would like to add paid options, enter the number for the desired plan and tap "Next." If you do not need paid options, tap "Next."
7. Enter your customer information, tap "Proceed to Payment," and pay by credit card.
Please note that reservations cannot be made from the "Availability Calendar."

お部屋の清掃は行なっておりません。また、フェイスタオル、バスタオルは最初にご提供した数のみです。追加・交換はできませんので汚れた場合は、お手数ですがお客様で洗濯をお願いします。
We do not provide room cleaning service during your stay.Face towels and bath towels are provided for initial use only.We do not offer additional towels or towel exchange.We kindly ask that you wash the towels yourself if they become soiled.

有料オプションメニューは、ご予約画面よりお選びいただけます。
We offer a complimentary service of matcha and traditional Japanese sweets for guests who make a reservation in advance. Additionally, guests staying for 2 nights or more will receive a complimentary wine service. The following paid options are available:
Wine set (3 bottles of wine, seasonal fruits, selected cheese, biscuits) ¥35,000
You can select these options from the option menu when making your reservation.
